Procedure:
Integral-differential method.
Both dynamic or isothermal measuring regimes.
One measurement at the desired heating rate w+ or annealing temperature Ta is sufficient.
Then the Suriñach plot (Suriñach representation) of the measured data fits the theoretical curve representing the true kinetic equation.
Suriñach representation of the measured data:
ln[y(t)]Ta + ΔE*/[RTa] versus –ln[1 – αTa(t)] (the isothermal measuring regime).
ln[y(T,t)] + ΔE*/[RT(t)] + lnw+ versus –ln[1 – α(T,t)] (the continuous heating regime).
In the case
of isothermal measurements at various temperatures, Ta,
also ΔE* can be
determined.
In the case of any continuous heating measurement, ΔE* must be predetermined (by e.g. the Kissinger method).
